North Circles
Group space in therapy can help increase connection and process the experience you are moving through. Talking circles have existed through time, providing a communal space to learn, grieve, and lessen the ache of isolation. At True North, we run regular talking circles where we discuss various topics, offering a community to support you on your healing journey.
What Are Talking Circles?
Talking circles, also known as healing circles or dialogue circles, are a traditional practice rooted in Indigenous cultures. They provide a safe space for participants to speak openly and listen respectfully. In a talking circle, everyone is equal, and all voices are valued.
